We understand that a smooth delivery and a fair return policy are crucial to your crafting experience. This policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring you can shop with confidence.

Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your modeling supplies to you efficiently and securely.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): We ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the date you receive your items.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:

• In their original, unassembled condition.
• In resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and parts included.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Before sending anything back, you must email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed.
2. Package Securely: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and then place them in a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage in transit.
3. Include Documentation: Enclose a copy of your original invoice and a completed return form (you can use the template provided below).
4. Ship to Address: Mail your return package to the following address:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different one:

• Follow the same process as outlined for returns.
• Clearly indicate the new item you wish to receive.
• We will ship the new item once we receive and process the returned product.
• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all of our customers, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and copyright reasons:

• Opened Paints and Chemicals (e.g., from the Airbrushing accessories category)
• Books & Magazines
• Aftermarket Parts with opened packaging
• Built and Ready Buildings (custom assembled products)
• Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
