At MegaHobby Sales, we take pride in delivering high-quality scale modeling products to enthusiasts worldwide. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we’ve designed this policy to make the process as smooth as possible for our valued customers.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned products must be in original, unassembled, and resalable condition with original packaging and all parts included.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Before returning any item, please email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  2. Package Securely: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, then place in a shipping box with sufficient padding.
  3. Include Documentation: Enclose a copy of your original invoice and the completed return form below.
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  3. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned product
  4. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and copyright considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened paints and chemicals (Airbrushing accessories)
  • Books & magazines
  • Aftermarket parts with opened packaging
  • Built and ready buildings (custom assembled products)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
