Creates Authentic Rule 17 Grade Crossing Effect. Give a more realistic look to your engine. Completely assembled PC board supplied with reed switch and two incandescent bulbs. The Ditch Lights come on at approximately 3 volts and will stay lit until such time a magnet triggers the bulbs to flash in an alternating cycle. The bulbs will continue to flash until the engine reaches the next magnet, which will then return the bulbs to a constant on. This pattern will repeat each time it encounters another magnet. Unit supplied with 8 bi-polar magnets for four crossings.
