The Breda 37/54 was an Italian anti-aircraft gun from WWII. It was developed in the beginning of the 1930s by the Breda company as an automatic gun for air defense from land and sea. Four versions were produced: two double-barreled and two single-barreled. The gun was used on warships of the Italian Navy (called Regia Marina) and MDICAT – Italian anti-aircraft forces. All versions were mounted only as fixed guns; a towable carriage was planned but never produced. A 37mm caliber, 54 calibers long barrel, a good rate of fire and its compact size made this gun a very useful anti-aircraft weapon.
